There are aspects to subjects and framing that create 'work' or 'energy'. There are other aspects that will create a feeling of total rest. Something resting - something that might have leaned, but is now horizontal. Resting should evoke calm and still. This might be a good week to take several naps - just to refresh yourself on what At Rest might be.
